Where Earth Medicine Meets Soul Remembrance

Holistic Connection is founded on a deep love and profound reverence for Earth and all her beings

It is the result of my personal journey of exploration and reconnection to my body, mind, and soul.

My awakening emerged through a dark night of the soul which spanned several years. It was catalysed by the recognition of the unhealthiness of the relationship I was deeply enmeshed in—and illuminated by the arrival of our baby son. 

This deep dive process, where outside stressors continued, was supported by nature in so many ways. 

Everything from creating vegetable and herb gardens in the homes I lived in, to foraging for food and wild medicines, to dancing on the earth, and journeying with plant medicines supported me on my journey home to myself

The Earth was calling me home

To my body

To my emotions

To the re-membrance of my sacred spark, my soul’s essence and my divine truth

And my innate connection to nature

My healing process invited me into the full landscape of my emotions, where I’ve discovered that true healing arises not from escaping the shadows, but from turning towards them (as much as possible at that given moment- I am human after all!)

This journey has been one of returning to my physical body and its innate wisdom. 

Of softening the protective walls I'd built around my heart. 

Of touching the vast landscape of emotions buried within me, and surrendering to the deep healing available through journeying into my psyche, presence and embodiment.

Mother Earth has been my greatest teacher, her love an unwavering force of nurturing support. 

Her boundless gifts—her sacred plant teachers, her unconditional love and sacred holding—have guided me and held me so powerfully through these last years.

Through reconnection with the Earth, I have softened back into myself, attuned more deeply to the sacred rhythms of life beyond the noise of the modern world.

The greatest freedom I have ever felt has come from releasing long-held emotions and energies—some carried through lifetimes, others rooted through recent years.

As I continue to re-parent myself, tend to my inner child, reawaken my senses, and clear imprints across timelines, I grow more fluid and spacious, and more able to meet the ever-shifting waves of life with presence and grace.

I am forever a student of the soul’s evolution - of astrology, embodiment, and other personal awareness tools that help unlock our cosmic blueprint.  These pathways have supported me in transmuting wounds and reclaiming the soul gifts I carry through lifetimes. 

This journey now calls me to share the healing and remembrance I have found. 

Holistic Connection offers a sacred space for transformation, healing, and soul-reconnection. Through natural plant medicines—including aura sprays, vibrational essences, teas, and elixirs—alongside transformational coaching, healing sessions, ceremonies, and embodied movement, I support others in coming home to their innate wisdom and the infinite love of the Earth.

My work is guided by compassion, non-duality, devotion to the divine spark within all beings and a fierce love for this Earth.

I walk as a bridge between Heaven and Earth, offering support to those ready to remember who they truly are.
